- Glossary of film terms – Yet another glossary of film terms. While you’re there, be sure to check out Robert Ebert’s tongue in cheek glossary of film terms. It’s very funny (and true)!
- Grammar of TV and Film – another glossary of film terms you need to know – some with very quirky (and helpful) illustrations!
- Green Cine – this is one site you must check out for articles about film. Plus it has an even better links list than I have here!
- Internet Movie Database – if you need basic info on a film (who directed it? When was it made? How long is it? Did it win any awards? This is the site to go to.
- Masters of Cinema
- Moviemaker magazine – look here for specific info on everything from directors, cinematographers, actors, and screenwriters.
- Reel Classics – the classic movie site – in addition to info about starts, films, directors, etc, this site also contains a collection of classic movie music files, quotes and film clips and jpgs of movie posters – good for research.
